Transferring Doubles

I was just wondering if it is possible to transfer from a double degree to a double that isn't offered on UAC.

For example:
-You can apply for Commerce doubled with Arts at UNSW.
-After being accepted into this, can you transfer from Arts to something like International Studies?
-Com/IntS isn't listed on as a choice on UAC, but could you do something like this?
