Physics for the GAMSAT?

I was just wondering whether it will be worth it to do Physics next year if I get into the Bachelor of Science and want to do the GAMSAT?

I have not done year 12 Physics, and  so would be starting with a Foundation Physics subject? I've read the reviews for Foundation Physics here on ATARnotes and students seem to have a very poor experience with the unit, so would it be worth doing?

Also, what is the difference between the Foundation Physics unit and the physics unit in the Biomed?
Nothing worth having comes easy.
