Hey guys, with the GAMSAT fast approaching I was wondering if any past applicanys had tips on maintaining high energy levels going into Section 3, to avoid a slump? Cheers

Hey,

I have not yet completed GAMSAT and will be sitting it on Saturday for the first time, but what I'm doing to make sure I get through that time:

- In the one hour break before section III, EAT and take your mind off of the GAMSAT. I'm going to be eating a really rich lunch (chicken, avocado, tomato, cheese, lettuce), and maybe have a banana. That way it'll fill me up hopefully for section III.
- I'm also going to play uno with a group of friends to get our minds off section III.

By doing this, you really regroup and put yourself in a better headspace for section III. Maintain positivity too!

Good luck
