Could someone please help me with this question?

1) factorise the expression to find the values of the capitalized letters (basically X,Y,Z):
3(ac)^3+3bc(ac)^2 = Xa^3 Y^3(a+Z)

I tried to sub 3(ac)^3...in the Xa^3.. equation but i did not get any answer. I also tried to factorise by grouping but I got even more confused
