PHYS1013 or COMP1710 at ANU

Hey,
Is phys1013 (physics of materials) work-heavy and/or difficult? I did HSC physics, but it wasn't my strongest subject.
I would only be doing this subject as a filler as I don't actually require it for my majors/minors.
Other than this, I was considering COMP1710 (web development and design) as it sounds interesting, however, I'm not super good at computers and I don't know how to code. Is this class work heavy and difficult??

I'd appreciate any opinions on either of the classes
Thanks!

Hi there!

I haven't taken either of those courses so I can't give you too much first hand knowledge (although I have taken COMP1100/1130). But just to let you know that PHYS1013 is actually a new course this year (mainly designed for engineering students). Although if you're still interested in doing physics, PHYS1101 - Physics 1 is quite good from what I have heard from friends and the course convenor is a fantastic guy (Paul Francis).
