Calebark dared me to post this weird dream I had a while back - I admittedly can't remember every detail though, so it's not so amusing.
So like, it had something to do with bulls actually being sentient creatures that could talk?
And if that wasn't weird enough, one of my classmates fell in love with a bull. And they ran away and got married because people disapproved of their relationship?? Although, even though they ran away, I somehow still went to their wedding.
So strange
Did they get bullied? You know it's a great pun when Heidi downvotes <3

Oh boy this is going to be fun. Be warned - super weird, high school PTSD is about to follow. I should also stress that I'm very happy with where I ended up post-VCE, so not sure why I keep having this dream (or rather, series).Talking about school dreams, I recently had a dream where myself and a fair few other people from my year 12 cohort (funnily enough, it was all the high achievers) had to redo year 12? So there we were, sitting with the year 12 jackets of 2017 on, back in uniform, all with a puzzled look on our face.
Anyway, in my first year of uni, I started having this dream. It was really weird, but would happen every few weeks, where I was back in high school. But I wasn't completely in high school - instead, I was also attending uni, but was repeating some subjects. All my mates were still with me, all in the same year, but I was the only weird one. Even weirder - this dream world seemed to move in real time, and it was almost as if the only times I attended school were the ones in which I dreamed I was there. So, if on Monday night I dreamed I was at school, dreamed about bunnies and rainbows on the next three days, and then on Friday night dreamed I was at school again, everyone would act as if I'd been gone for three days at uni.
Anyway, I actually remembered the past three years of my life, and it was almost as if I'd gone back in time. So, I used this opportunity to do even better and get a higher ATAR. I was super secretive about everything, though - my friends didn't actually know I was doing uni at the same time, just thought I had lots of sick days.
Then, I entered by second year of uni, and in my dreams I started year 11. Then, in my third year of uni, I started year 12. SUPER weird. This was also the year that the teachers spilled I was doing uni at the same time, which was also why I didn't do SACs or exams - I could actually stop VCE at any point I wanted, this was just a way of re-applying for scholarships for me. Think Billy Maddison style - I didn't need grades, just completion.
So anyway, then comes honours. I think I'm finally free of these dreams - I dreaded reliving my first year of uni, but figured there was no way my dreams would do that while I'm still there.
They didn't - instead, I was in grade 2, with all of my friends, but I remembered EVERYTHING. I told my best mate it was a conspiracy, and to prove it to him, I pulled my CAS out of my bag and showed him my futuristic technology and told him that it proved I was from the future. Being 7, he completely agreed with me, and then insisted we go play Pokemon outside. Apparently I forgot how 7 year olds thought, so I got super confused by his behaviour (first that he actually believed me, second that he didn't want to do anything about it), and then woke up.
Still waiting for the sequel from this one, it's taking a while...
Nobody had a good time.
I'm sorry.
EDIT: You know that this was a dream just from the "I hosted a party" bit.
became the world's most wanted criminal
spoiler: she already is the world's most wanted criminal and disguises herself with a pink wig and the pseudonyms "insanipi" or "louise"Damn! My plans have been foiled! :-[
Damn! My plans have been foiled! :-[Damn right, and you're always pretending to be this innocent nerd so you can sneak through places conspicuously.
They say that you can't read in dreams, but I specifically remember reading the word "massacre" on a sheet of paper in a dream where I was in Legal Studies.
The worst dream I've ever had:
My current physics teacher became my new spesh teacher.
I dreamt about ATAR Notes last night lol.Was it 100% working?
Was it 100% working?
What do you mean?I assumed you dreamt about the website unless it transformed into a person :O.

I may or may not be driven insane with exam study for a programming language
I dreamt about ATAR Notes last night lol.Anything specific about AN?
Anything specific about AN?
I really have to stop dreaming about AN.I feel this.
I feel this.
I've been dreaming ridiculously prolifically recently. About everybody, about everything.
I'm getting pretty sick of the nightmares, though. I keep waking up just drippng in sweat. Not overly pleasant.
Have you tried falling asleep with an oil diffuser + an essential oil you enjoy? I've found that if I fall asleep smelling something pleasant or something I associate with good memories, I'm far less likely to have nightmares :)

Nightmares suck >:(
I have not! Where might I obtain one?
Thanks Caleb.
I have not! Where might I obtain one?You can buy them from most homewares stores and even Kmart and Target iirc. Ishka also sell them, as do a lot of the health stores you see in shopping centres.
Thanks Caleb.

I am totally trying that, Caleb. Nightmares are the fucking WORST.

I keep dreaming about the weirdest selection of people. How much can I read into this?Probably not a great deal
Probably not a great deal
I guess it was more a nightmare about you than a dream...
I dreamt last night that I was starting my PhD, which probably indicates I've been thinking about it a bit haha.Do you know what you want to do for your PhD?!
Do you know what you want to do for your PhD?!
The last little while, I've just been smashed by nightmares. Can only go a couple of hours without waking up in sweat and/or fear. It's most unpleasant, and very tiring.Sounds rather exhausting. I just had a dream that someone locked my pantry for a week.
These nightmares really aren't enjoyable.Sad to hear, Nick :(
I dreamt last night that I had to lecture English Advanced for some reason. But then Jamon and I were late to the venue, I lost my USB, I couldn't find the file of the lecture, the clicker didn't work, and I accidentally wrote my password in the "username" box, which I projected to everybody in the lecture haha.Obscure yet plausible in your position.
What an obscure yet unpleasant dream.
I had a carton of orange juice and was pouring it into the ocean, then a lot of prawns were coming to the surface, then I was eating them. But they mostly were a bit small to eat.Hallucinogens? ??? :D
Hallucinogens? ??? :DNah. I just have a weird imagination
Obscure yet plausible in your position.
I tend to have dreams about a situation that is soon to happen or that has happened recently.
The most recent "big event" in my life is the UMAT. Before the day, I still hadn't found my ID! So my dreams were spent intensely searching for it. Only last night, I had a dream that a friend told me I had to take another test. I even imagined sitting it with questions and all! Crazy...
Any presenting you're faced with recently?
Good to see that it wasn't a nightmare though. Sleep well! haha

Last night I dreamt of solving maths problems. This is highly unusual for me and I woke up alarmed 😅
I've been having dog nightmares on and off since I was bitten by a dog months ago. :( I always used to love dogs, but I can't cope with dogs loose on the street anymore :'(Feels...
How graphic can I get? I dream prolifically every night and probably a solid 50% of my dreaming is nightmarish. ::)Same ever since I watched the conjuring like two weeks ago I still think there is some ghost connection I have. I probably do thinking my grandma recently passed away. . . If anything satanic happens on this forum it’s probably me lol
For the first time in my life I dreamt that my bf of 9 months proposed to me and i said yes and then I was dress shopping with my mum, his mum and his little sister :o :o
So odd.
I had a dream that my methods teacher was telling everyone how they went on their sacs and they she got to me and then paused and laughed and then moved on to the next person haha.
Dreamt that I was living at work, and that all of my teeth were falling out, one by one. Work that one out.
Apparently I also talk in my sleep pretty much every night, which doesn't surprise me at all tbh.
EDIT: Wow, totally missed Bea's post above until looking back on this. That's kinda spooky. Are tooth-losing dreams common? ???
Tooth losing dreams apparently mean you’re super anxious about something. When I posted my original post, I could see why I would I dream about losing my teeth (was going through a stressful period). Few months later, I haven’t had a single tooth-losing dream which is great (which is ironic because I’m nearing the end of semester- a time where I should be anxious when I’m really not)
Had a dream that pieces of my teeth broke off until I had no teeth
Am I the only one that cant remember any of their dreams?
Had a dream last night I was a contestant on the new season of The Bachelor.
How did you go?
Haven't had nightmares for a little while. They're not so pleasant, I note.Okay so the greatest dream I've ever had was that of a ghost/demon, I would talk about it but is it against the rules to talk about such a topic?
