remember from unit 3 that sleep deprivation can effect concentration...
it'll be harder to retrieve what you know from LTM if you haven't had enough sleep, especially in short answer where you're relying on recall, which we all know is the least sensitive measure of retention!
so get to sleep as you've possibly studied as good as you can... let sleep consolidate all the theory that you have learned...

enough off the self-referencing.. (while not being in the study design, it's an affective form of elaborative rehearsal!)
good night :-) good luck!

Thank youu!!!
And yes the "self-refrence effect" is part of the study design :D
Although i don't think it's ever been seen on an exam. Could be a precedent tomorrow!!

Off to bed for me.

self referencing isn't on the study design; narrative chaining and method of loci are the only mnemonics you need to know D=
so if it's on there ima gonna be aaaaangry :-)

Not that it is a hard concept to remember, I guarantee you it is in the study design, incorporated in Elaborative rehearsal.
It's in the Neap 2010 exam for that reason.

Goodluck!
