Something that just occurred to me, when i was writing another entry for my journal is having the ability to save drafts.

Yay, Nay, whatever.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
Hence why i'm in all these different threads and boards.

Just write it in notepad/word on your PC first. I think it would be an unnecessary change (my own personal view).

not to mention that the database would be even more clogged with enabling the ability to create drafts

AN is *a lot* better than it used to be, when you'd click back a page in the browser by mistake and lose everything, or refresh and lose everything :')

It'd be cool if we could have this feature, but I think for the database reason Aaron mentioned above it isn't feasible.

I have a word doc just for AN posts; any time I'm writing anything long I copy it there, and delete once I've posted. :)

I think its a great idea. I've only lost a post once, but it was a long one where i was writing out a list of calculator commands that took foreeeeever to redo.

I think if the database can't handle the extra load of drafts, then I'm fine with not implementing this feature for now
