auto allocate

what does this mean? i understand that it means i have to do this lecture at the specified time... but how do i allocate myself to it? there are no options or buttons to press to choose it?

2008: English[43]-Lit[32]-Further[39]-Psych[35]-Chem[25]
2009: Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery (Y)

You don't have to do anything, just leave it and it'll automatically allocate you to that lecture once the sort has been run (unless there is a clash somewhere, then you have to contact the relevant lecturers and get them to manually allocate you)

..but this does not mean you are allocated; couldn't find some sort of confirm button so I just left it

yeah thats what worried me.... it made it look like you would not be allowed in unless you followed through with something...

Nah, it's just a disclaimer sort of thing, in case there's a clash or something. This happened to me last year, I had 2 auto-allocated lectures which clashed and so I wasn't actually allocated to one of them, I had to contact the organising person to get it sorted out.
