1. To drink 2-3L of water a day
I think over the last few weeks I have only achieved this like maybe 1 or 2 days
2. To exercise every day
I haven't been working out only the incidental exercise from work and volunteering
3. To stop eating chocolate and chicken nuggets
Been going well with this one...except yesterday, I baked choc chip cookies
4. To do my skincare routine
yeah Ive been pretty much on top of washing and moisturising my face twice a day
5. Do all my chores every day
Not bad but not good - I've been remembering to do my chores on and off
6. Study every day
Was doing pretty well except for these last 3 days I've lost all motivation to study
7. Wake at 6 am
Been doing this ok, sleeping in a little too often though
Would I be able to do something crazy? I'd like to overhaul your system temporarily. Feel free to take on board anything or not.
Especially considering the fact that it's the gosh darn holidays (and you deserve to give yourself a lil bit of a break!!) here are my suggested revisions:
1.
To drink 1.5-2L of water a day (if you're not exercising a lot, 3L is a lot!! Then again, it all depends on your body, so whatever works best for you, do it.)
2.
To exercise at least 2 set days per week (Maybe Wednesday and Sunday? Space it all out.)
3.
To stop eating chocolate and chicken nuggets (yeah fair ok, same tbh)
4.
To do my skincare routine (this one is great, give yourself some love every day <3)
5.
Do all my chores every week (allocate days and times for separate chores so they're more spread out; eg. make bed every morning, clean out the dishwasher when required and clean up your room every Tuesday and Saturday)
6.
Study 6 days per week (give yourself a mental break and some breathing space! Maybe use this time to exercise and get out of your usual study space.)
7.
Wake at 6 am (I don't know your schooling situation or your reason for choosing 6 AM, but it's good to find a habit - you can sleep in for up to about half an hour a couple days per week but try to not mess up your sleep schedule too much)
