so on, and then u do the same for enjoyment. Obviously, no one has done all the subjects at once, but just go off other experiences or whatever. No answers like "you can't rank them" because if you can't rank them don't reply. thanks

Yes I think bio is harder than chem, I hate memorising haha. Physics was just confusing to me before I dropped it, especially waves. Not much experience with psych but all the assessments I did for it I got full marks haha with not much effort.

Enjoyment:
1. Chemistry, my love
2. Psychology
3. Biology and Physics I think...

I only do chem at VCE so obviously it's my favourite haha. I did physics for about a month but I didn't like it much. I only had a small taster of psych in year 10 but enjoyed it and found it quite easy. Biology and I have never been friends but I really enjoyed the genetics unit in year 10 but despised all other bio I did in junior science.

Not a Victorian (I guess delete this if this was meant to only be a VCE thing), but I did do all three sciences at GCSE level, then Chemistry and Biology at IB level. I'll be ranking them from most difficult/most enjoyable to least difficult/least enjoyable.

GCSE
Difficulty

• Chemistry (nearly failed it for 1.5 years, was horrifically difficult to catch up with in the remaining 0.5)
• Biology (found it reasonably easy, but ended up with the lowest exam grade out of the three)
• Physics

Enjoyment

• Biology (my teacher was great)
• Physics
• Chemistry (hated it)

IB
Difficulty

• Chemistry
• Biology (I found the memorisation part of biology hard, but I must have done something right to finish with a grade that was higher than predicted)

Enjoyment

• Chemistry (loved it, sadly wasn't very good at it)
• Biology (hated memorisation, didn't really enjoy anything that wasn't human biology)

Doing Chem, Bio and Psych right now and finding Chem to be significantly harder than Bio and Psych although Psych is arguably the easier one between Bio and Psych. Did Unit 1  Physics and hated it and didn't understand anything.

I have done all 4! Though I traded physics 1/2 for psych and bio 3/4

And yes you read that correctly, folks, this is from hardest to easiest  in my opinion. Keep in mind not doing 3/4 psych made research methods a nightmare for me lol. Chem I love so I find it easy but small calculator errors, rounding, sig figs etc add up in SACs  making me look like I know nothing. Bios easy BUT the exam is gonna be interesting bc wording is SO important in bio you can know it all, but miss those “buzz” words and your done for. Physics should be renamed plug and chug (1/2 at least) A3 *cough* double sided *cough* cheat sheet in end of year exam.
