Semester 1 breadth subjects without an exam?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any semester 1 subjects that I can take as a breadth (Bachelor of Science)? Also it needs to be a level 2 subject. I might be travelling during the examination period, but I'd prefer not to take a leave of absence so I'm hoping I can stay in contact over semester 1 by doing a single subject that doesn't have an exam.

I found one called "water for sustainable futures". Has anybody taken this before?
