Hi I have seen most people getting into undergraduate medicine with a 99+ atar but I expect i will get no more than 97(not good at english lol). Is it still possible for me to get in and should i bother with the ucat and applying at all?

Hey

I think you should still apply for medicine even if you don't think you can get above 97 because you don't actually know yet whether or not you'll get above a 97 or not and it is still possible to get into med with a below 97 atar. My friend got into Monash med with a 96.5 atar (no SEAS btw) so it's definitely doable. If you have a decent good UCAT and decently good interview, you definitely have a chance.

What was your friend's UCAT score?? Where did he/she excel to compensate for 97%
