Scenario 2: 30/40

Exam 2:

Yeah exam 1 was quite depressing

hahahah i know how you feel
i only predicted that cause i want a 40 and me and you are in similar situations  :P :D
apparently my predicted ss is 38-40. so your probs looking at the same thing. really interesting how me and you have almost the same scores for ga 1 2 and 3 and are rank1 in weak to decent cohort
Quite interesting indeed, let's just hope we can scrape that 40. My study score goal has gone down dramatically since the start though hahaha and yes I asked my tutor about what score our scores would be predicted to get and he said 38-40 so we should be good man :)

(moved from the Methods exam discussion thread)

I made an account just to vent and create an outlet for my mental anguish post-Methods :(

I need a study score of 25 or above for ALL the courses I want to do which I thought was going to be achievable until... today. I found exam 1 hard and am expecting ~15/40, found exam 2 more accessible but the difficulty of the MC questions messed up my positive mindset so I wouldn't be surprised if I bombed that as well. Might I add that I just found out my calc was in degrees THE WHOLE TIME? YEAH. Marks for the entire bridge question? Gone. I feel sick while typing this. I'm expecting ~40/80 at best.

Is there any hope for me to get a score of raw 25 or above? I'm currently ranked average in a very strong cohort (sucks to be dragging all my mates scores down but that's the price I have to pay for being forced to do a subject I detest as a prereq  :-\). My school's SACs do get scaled up but I guess there's a slim chance of moderation saving my grades considering I bombed both exams.

I'm sorry for being so whiny in this post, it's just that I just have no one else to talk to about this because I'm so ashamed if I'm being quite frank.
You're looking at around a 29 raw, and yes, this years methods exams were brutal

Omigosh I’m literally cringing at the thought of me writing something on this thread.
I can just imagine writing a really good solid score but then getting WAYYYY below that and being totally humiliated for even daring to write such an ostentatious thing.  :-[

Wondering what methods SS I might be looking at, has been a terrible year for methods, but I'm still holding out some hope for just a 25.

SAC's- 35% average in medium/average cohort.
Exam 1- 13-15/40
Exam 2- 25-27/80

Cheers  :)
