I've had one from Monash and I know Ninwa has, but I'd really love one from Melbourne coz Monash is just sooo far >.<

I got a letter today offering a melb uni access scholarship, which i am stoked about.... except i had kind of decided that i didn't want to go to melb uni anymore cos the melb model doesn't suit me at all. But meh, it'll do

I got a mysterious call yesterday that I wasn't home for and my mum was unable to jot down. I'm left fearing it could have been from a monash selection or scholarship officer, and I potentially missed it  . Any ideas?

Yeah I assumed I had missed out on scholarships cos I was way off on my predicted enter and so I didn't even apply for any. After I got the letter I remembered ticking that box on seas that said i wanted to be considered for melb uni scholarships, I assume this is it?? But yeah when I filled out seas I never actually thought I'd be accepted, I only had the rural and underrepresented categories. Hmm it's good though, takes away alot of money worries!

I applied for an Engineering scholarship. You needed to get 98+ to be considered, and i got in the 99s. But i'm fearful because they havent rung yet so there might have been some very high achievers who beat me

is that $6k a year deposited in your bank a/c or $6k a year taken off your tuition fees?

I got an access scholarship too! It's so weird, because the only category I fit into is being from an underrepresented school. But hey, I'm not complaining.

Hmm... some of you mentioned a faculty-specific scholarship offer, mine doesn't mention a faculty restriction. Is that bad? XD

I got an access scholarship too! It's so weird, because the only category I fit into is being from an underrepresented school. But hey, I'm not complaining.

Yeah eriny i think our enters played a part. I think if my enter had been less, or had melb uni been my first pref rather than 2nd (so they wouldn't need to sway me) i wouldn't have been offered it. Hm they are sly!

I am pretty sure it's 6k given to me. Somewhere said they'd give the first year of money in april I think. Haven't really read it properly yet xD

No faculty is good Eg if I decided I wanted to do something else, I get nothing.

But then I dont qualify for anything but academic, so I can't get anything but faculty ones I get because I didnt get 99.99999999999
