BComm/Bsc?

Just looking for some advice on whether I should consider this degree or not.
I am aiming to get into med undergrad, but if not, I want to get into postgrad med. My thinking behind this would be that the science subjects would satisfy the prereqs and if not, i still have a degree that can get me a job. But if I dont get into med, will having the two degrees combined lead to any job opportunities not able to be pursued when doing each separately?
