Atar for Bachelor of science and med

If I were to do a bachelor of science, and proceed into postgrad medicine, would I still need an 85+ atar or is it in the 90's?

Your ATAR is irrelevant to med (with few exceptions). So whatever the ATAR requirement for BSci (wherever that may be), that's the ATAR you need as far as postgrad med is concerned.
