Hi all,
I'm trying to pick my subjects for my Bsc enrollment, I plan to major in mechatronics, but I am absolutely confused on what subjects I should be picking. Because you need science level 1 subjects but there is so many and I'm worried if I pick the wrong one I could hinder my career later on, does anyone have any tips or recommendations on how I should go about this?

Thanks!

Here is the sample course plan for Mechatronics

You don't have to follow it subject for subject, but you have to complete the orange subjects and the green subjects are recommended

The university has sample course plans for each major, which shows you what subjects you need to take at first year level so that you meet the requirement for the second and third year subjects. These are just some of the pathways you can take. In the handbook, each subject will tell you any pre-requisites that are required, so you can compile a potential list of subjects that you want to do and map out what pre-requisites you need to study. I would recommend looking at the major elective and major core subjects for mechatronics (and potentially any other major) and working backwards to see what first year subjects you need to take.
