Moving on from exam disappointment

So today in my earth exam I realised that I hadn't answered one of the 4 mark questions in the last 5 minutes so I had to quickly answer it... and when I told my teacher what I wrote he just said 'ok.' Any tips on moving on from this and focusing on my next exams? I really can't afford to me worrying about this with chem and geo so close

Some good tips given on this thread and this article by Jamonwindeyer. Although this latter link seems a bit delayed, Point #3 seems to be the one you should focus on.

The main message is to keep moving forward. If you prefer an alternate message, "you can't change the past, but you can always change the future." Remind yourself this and remember that (sadly) there's not a lot you can do about the Earth exam now, but what you can do is do better in your Chem and Geo exams, so work smarter and/ or harder for these.

Hope that helps! Good luck. :)
