I'd say Grand Final will be Hawthorn VS Fremantle. Hawthorn will win.
yah but im a bit biased being a Hawthorn fan :D

Because Richmond actually beat Hawthorn, I think there may be hope for a Richmond vs. Hawthorn match, where Tiges win!

Isn't that what everyone though last time the Tiges beat the Hawks... ;) Haha but yeah definitely a wow moment!

So, if (when pls) Richmond win tomorrow:

 - Geelong will beat Port

 - Hawthorn should beat Geelong with their form

So if Richmond somehow beats Sydney, I'd say they have a good chance at beating Freo at home. In that scenario, Richmond vs. Hawks GF
