I guess it's improving, just slowly. Though making this journal has helped since it helps to keep my goals in mind.

What is your eventual aim?
Hey laura,
For weekdays:
11:00 if no tests/sacs/exams the next day
12:00if I do have tests/sacs/exams the next day

For weekends:
12:00 on both Sat and Sun.

2/08/2019 - Friday (no tests etc)
Went to bed at 12:00.
Woke up at 7:30.

A book recommend you read is Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew Walker.

I think you'll find some good actionable advice to achieving your goal as well as motivation as well.

Quiet. The good thing is that once your head hits the pillow you're falling asleep.

A book recommend you read is Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew Walker.

I think you'll find some good actionable advice to achieving your goal as well as motivation as well.
Thanks for the recommendation. I'll probs try to read in the next holidays.
