Room: tick... well sort of! I made my bed which based on the past couple of weeks is a massive achievement. I also did some other little things, but not as much as I would have liked.

Exercise: I walked around the oval with a friend and then walked home from school (so all up more than an extra hour of wandering).

Water: I didn't count how much I had but I definitely felt a lot better for it!

Okay... soooo....
I have three tests tomorrow and between revising for each of them (as I left things WAY too late), I did not get a chance to do any cleaning. I really need to pick this habit back up and do some more tomorrow.

On a more positive note, I did some walking and some dancing at school today, which I am counting as my daily exercise.

And I can already feel the difference that water is making!

Cleaning: I did what I meant to do earlier in the week. I'm very happy with my progress but still a bit behind where I would like to be.

Exercise: I walk home from school today and around the oval at lunch (25ish minutes), as well as doing a six minute leg workout.


Water: Had heaps today but still had a bit of a headace.

Today was mediocre. No cleaning and minimal exercise, but plenty of water.

    Things spiralled drastically since my last post, and my room is so atrocious that spending time in here is stressing me out. Over the school holidays, I will be productive.
(I mean the more I say it the more I'll believe it right?)

So I thought I would set some goals:
  • Drink 1.5-2L of water a day.
  • Complete all my holiday homework.
  • Tidy up my room and keep it clean.
  • Start a 30 day exercise plan.
  • Renew my commitment to the lolly ban!

And for me, the school holidays start today. I'm going to check in periodically and let you know how things are going. ;D[/list]

Okay... so I had about a litre and a half of water today! ;D I worked on my English oral, I was hoping to finish the first draft but only got partway through the first paragraph. I did heaps of work on tidying my room. And... I had a lollipop (and heaps of other junk). I'm about to do my ab workout, so I'm most of the way there. ::)

Thanks Coolmate! Yet another productive day working on my goals. I did my workout and had heaps of water. I was super productive and reorganised most of my room and did made some biology notes!

I'm also going to add on some leg workouts with my ab workout, because I think I could be doing more.

No lollies again. And I did my workout. I think that now I'm less tired and stressed I'm just making healthier choices. I also did a little more homework and some more tidying up. I had 1.2L (so almost)...

Over the past two days I did my workouts, ate healthy food and drank lots of water. I also did some homework and tidying, but not as much as I would have liked.
