What are some of the extended responses that they can ask in HSC and prelim legal studies (and via topic)?

Hey conic! It's pretty unlimited for the HSC really! For human rights there is some common ones:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of __________ (courts/legislation/NGO's, etc.) in promoting and enforcing human rights.
- Questions on the history of human rights
- Questions on contemporary human rights scenarios

For the options, it totally depends on the two options you study in the HSC, but it usually involves evaluating the effectiveness of the law in response to ____________.

For prelim, it's a lot more sporadic. Expect a response on almost any major part of the syllabus could pop up at some point  ;D
