Hi does anyone know where we can find/buy economics 3/4 practice sacs?

You can buy them from CPAP site.
If you also want more practice questions to help you for the SAC, I would recommend doing exam questions as well.
The SACs tend to be exam questions anyway.

FWIW I had Edrolo in 2016.
But I don't recall them giving practice SACS, but more like practice questions they made themselves or VCCA exam questions.
The question they made themselves weren't always relevant to the course.
Economics didn't have Edrolo when I had access to it.
