Deceptively simple. Do questions and have fun doing them. It can get extremely addicting once you get through the first ten minute hurdle ;) There are a buttload of practice exams so you'll have plenty to do before you run out.

I definitely agree with 'peterpiper'. Do the questions and have fun. Another way is to look at all the applications of chemistry that you can think of. Just think outside of the textbook, look at ways that this knowledge can be applied. But in general there is one best way to study: do exam questions to drill the knowledge into your brain. Make sure you enjoy it though.
