Title: McDonalds' Data for Case Study!

Hello people, i am in dire straits...

We have been asked to address Mcdonalds in relation to:

i) McDonald’s’ current standing in the Australian fast food market
ii) CSR Policy
iii) Transformation process
iv) The effectiveness of TWO operations strategies

I am struggling to find information (PARTICULARLY in the first two).
Any help around would be lurvly...

Can anyone help me predict the question they will ask/how they will ask the question?

Im a bit of a newbie at BS and would like help please  :-\
