Hey :)
Who else runs here? Recently I've been getting into Parkrun (google it - it's all over Aus and it's free!) and yeah, it seems like a pretty healthy aside from VCE.
Anyway, What's your routine?

I love running, although I haven't done much of it for a while. I was reading an article the other day talking about how good for the brain it is on a structural level (improved memory, focus, things like that). Keep going!

Parkrun is always 5km, and at 8am on a Saturday morning in 171 Australian parks!

in all seriousness i can only run at night, i dont have enough energy to do it until like 10-11pm which is weird because most people run in the mornings lol

the park run is so good!! i used to do it religiously, but some saturdays i start work early so i either can't make it or i just completely forget... cheers for the reminder to try and get back into it  :D
