I'm pretty happy with how I went on the exam, good thing I checked the Mr Wood site the day before (questions on participation rates and recent trends). There were a lot of questions on price stability and economic growth and I found myself answering the same thing across a few of the questions (like Australia reaching its productive capacity).

Here is what I got for multiple choice:

1.D
2.A
3.B
4.D
5.C
6.B
7.B
8.B
9.A
10.A
11.C
12.B
13.C
14.D
15.A

I finished with 15 minutes to spare so I checked over them and wrote the answers down on the card they place on your exam table.

It wasn't too bad. I had worked myself up into thinking that it would be crazy hard and call for obscure information, but it wasn't really. The multiple choice was glorious (though they were pretty tricky with the CAD/BoP question), the short answer made my hand kill. I think I did okay, really. If I lose marks it will be because of poor explainations on my behalf rather than a lack of knowledge. I finished with about 5 minutes left over which I needed to fix up a couple of my answers.

I'm really surprised that they chucked a 10 mark question in there. I hadn't done many of those, but I still managed to write over two pages on it. I don't envy the person who has to read it.

Only one more exam to go!

Yeah I talked about full employment too.  Can anyone get the multiple choice up so I can see how I went?

I wrote about price stability/eco growth and I kind of regret it. I should have done external stability or efficient allocation of resources.

How could you not write about the efficient allocation of resources? That's my favourite buzz-phrase.

Socialists hate it, they just call it a "buzz-phrase" or a similar type of word, and group it in with "voodoo economics" and other insults that refuse to address the argument. :)

i spoke about equity. It make teh breakdown easy- price stability = less erosion of pov peoples incomes and also price stability = business confidence/expansion so that means greater employment. both mean greater equity.

damn i totally did something different with that question.. i think it was wrong hmm. i did it like... in the pursuit of price stability, rba bumps up interest rates.. then i exaplained the effect of that. shit i think i screwed that up clearly. can you take the full employment thing the other way kinda, like that?

yeh the multi choice was v. easy

I don't know, it depends how the rest of the state went. About 40?

Surely more than 40, I think you are undersestimating scores, an A+ for sacs and 80/90 for the exam is sure to get yo certainly over 40
