Okay no, sorry for the double post but I'm serious Russ I don't know what to do and I have to decide by tomorrow because neither vtac or melbourne uni will be able to help me on the weekend.  Tomorrow is also my first day of a new job.
TALK ABOUT A STRESSFEST.
Anyway what do I do, do I apply for an irregular offer for science?  I'm so unsure about a medicine pathway because it's hard to do/I don't know if I definitely want to be a doctor.  And I don't want to do essays anymore so screw that.  So I guess the best plan was always the more flexible one that I had rejected.
But I don't know what happens with my credit, I got this email that wasn't even addressed to me, it was addressed to 'Mr. Wilkin' and about how I (or him?) could send in this form by the 31st saying what major I wanted to do and they would choose what subjects to credit me appropriately.  But then if I decided I didn't want to major in psychology while in first year does that mean I am locked out of doing like, anything else that would require subjects I could no longer fit in?  That is, if I sent in the form saying I intend to major in psychology and they credit me for my psych subjects then and there, what would happen to a major like Animal Health where you need Physics (which I did not do in VCE) to do one of the subjects you need for the Vetinary Bioscience major.  Because I would have no room, if I did Biologyx2 and Chemistryx2.  I would have already done eight subjects with the advanced standing included.

Wait you probably know.  To major in psych do you have to have done both MBB1 and MBB2?  Or just one of them?  Because I have done both but if I am only credited one that would leave room for the shitty Physics.

Re-apply through VTAC after you take nice holiday; you sound like you need one.

They are compulsory for the Psych Major. That is just what i've deduced from the handbook.

I have no idea because I always intended on doing both but if I don't have both credited and could still do the major that would be nice.
It's not like I didn't learn the material.  And get some nice letters telling me how awesome I am and how much they would value my continuation of a psychology major.

Doctor seems like the way to go?

Gap year/transfer + UMAT

or

Transfer + MD.

Judging by the nature of your posts, you should take a few days to relax and get your mind off of all your academic worries. That way, you can come back to it and approach it with a clearer and healthier mind.

Well I already have an offer to biomed but considering my current state of uncertainty I don't know whether I should apply for an irregular offer to science.

Well if you take the offer to biomed can you then apply for an irregular offer and get the best of both worlds?

You can study vet without the veterinary bioscience major, it just takes 4 years instead.

As for psych, they will only look at second level psych subjects (~20%) and all third level subjects (~80%).  There were about 1200 applicants this year for 70 or so places...

Nah I think a BSc is her best bet, she's not sure what she wants. And Monash won't take her, so she'd have to go interstate to do UG med

Ew states other than Victoria ew.
Anyway my irregular offer was approved.  SO now I am fairly sure I have to wait till the second round to be offered the place in Science?  And then I accept that?  Is that how this business goes down?

Edit: Russ, when you find out where your group is meeting for orientation tell me and I will pretend I can't find my group.
