When I receive/buy new things, whether it be a notebook/room decor or something like that, I clean out my entire room just to make room for it. You know, to make the item feel welcome.  ;D

So I've spent the last ages (on my birthday too) cleaning out my entire room  :)

Is anyone else like this??

Happy birthday ArtyDreams!

Yes I sometimes do this, but it depends on how big the product is.

Whilst riding to the shops I was yelled at to “get off the road” by a guy in a car who was apparently annoyed that he was stuck behind me for the 10m between when the bike lane ended and the intersection.

I had just passed this car as it drove between a barrier to get onto and drive along a footpath in order to do a u turn. Don’t think they have any authority to comment on where people should or shouldn’t be hahaha

That's an amazing sunset!
I didn't catch the sunset tonight, although I did go for a walk under a brilliant sky of stars. I'm out in the country at the moment and with the clear sky we got tonight, the night sky was fantastic. I would have liked to lay down and stare up at it for a while, but alas I was being assaulted my bugs.
I tried to get a photo, but it turned out embarrassingly poorly.

I always find it difficult to capture the night sky through photos on my phone.

Man! One of my dreams is to live in the country - just so I can look up at the sky at night and see the stars without any light pollution :) They're so beautiful. It's quite a shame how difficult it is to take photos of the night sky, but I guess that teaches you do appreciate the everyday beauty of life in the moment. And if you aren't assaulted by bugs every single time you step outside, are you really in Australia? ;D

I plan on drinking cider because beer is too bitter for me yet things like cruisers or lollie waters are too sweet for my liking. Two ciders for new years eve.

My dad made a bet with me at the start of the year that I wouldn't be able to go the whole year without drinking coke.

Spoiler

But tonight I prove him wrong. When the clock strikes 12, I will not be shouting out "HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!". No! Instead, I will be cracking open a can of no sugar and chugging it down while "We Are The Champions" plays in the background. It will be a sweet victory.

Love this K, and it reminds me of a very eventful event all the way back in 2017.

I enjoy lemonade, but would never over-drink, usually have like half a cup every night or second night, so like 1/3 of a can with some gaps of weeks. Anyway, one night my mum got mad and started saying I drink too much soft drink, and I basically said I could stop right now if I wanted to, and she didn't believe me.

From that point, I didn't drink a single drop for about 8 months  ;D I drink lemonade occasionally these days, but nothing else.

Haha - that is some self-control right there to be able to drink only half a cup ;D

I'm gonna be taking cold showers from now on. Had my first cold shower today and I must say it was really uplifting and the cold water made me alert instantly. I'm doing it because apparently it has a bunch of benefits some of which are direct, others not so, but also because cold showers mean I'll spend less time in there as I don't want to be cold and thus saving water which is always a priority!

On a side note my skin seems to be looking much better than before..
