Hey, I'm in need for examples of Othello AND Desdemona being accepted in society/or by someone compared to their relationship being rejected.
For example something like Brabantio accepting Desdemona and Othello's relations
Ive read Othello twice and struggling

A simple google search would do the trick. Here are a couple of rejection quotes I found for Othello and Desdemona's relationship, to help you start. I could not find any acceptance quotes because majority of the people in Othello followed the status quo in disapproving of their relationship.
Rejection
- Brabantio "O, thou foul thief, where hast stowed my daughter"
- Brabantio's mini soliloquy in act 1, scene 2 starting with "Damned as thou art, thou hast enchanted her!"
