What "10 mark question" does everyone think will be on this year?

i reckon it will be a comparison of the approach taken in the protection of rights with aus and another country, and the unit 4 will be on the adversary system/inquisitorial system

I believe it will have more to do with "Problems and Difficulties in Gaining Access to the Law". Here is an example, 'Pre-trial procedures, the adversary system of trial, and the use of the jury to determine serious criminal offenses, significantly limit the effective operation of the legal system.' Critically examine this statement and indicate the extent to which you agree. Worth 10 marks.

doubt it will be a comparison. It was an 8 marker last year and it wouldn't likely be a 10 marker this year.

I would put my bets on the alternation of division of rights between state and federal parliaments with respect to referenda's and high court interpretations. There hasn't been one referendum question for two years so i think they'll put something like this on. If not at least 6-8 marker.

Does anyone think it will be more than 10 marks? because its apparently 11 questions this year, so maybe a larger question at the end?

yeah i personally think it will be a 12 marker and cause its only 11 questions i think there going to be hard

i did A...talked about referenda, then high court, then how the contstitution divides law making powers

yeah good spot Hard. i was slightly surprised on the 10 markers. i did B as well, went very close to the time limit.

I said I wanted adversarial system, and the jury part was great too :)
