Becoming a Tutor

Hello guys!

This is a question for anyone here that has worked for tutoring companies. For e.g. Matrix, Talent 100.
How do you get employed by them? Is there any specific requirements with how much experience you need, or how far into uni you need to be?
Would a Bachelor of Advanced Science Majoring in Physics from UNSW(with HD marks in Physics) be good enough for them or do I need to be like a 3rd year uni student to be even considered..? I seem to see a lot of first year students becoming tutors..
I plan to start tutoring after this term passes so I would've done all the first year Physics courses. Would I need to be in 2nd year to really be considered by them..?

I'm quite confident I can teach the course(might need to brush up on a few things, nothing much). I've also been told by many people how I am a really good teacher, and really I love teaching, its literally my 2nd passion. I feel like Physics is just taught as a memorize and regurgitate subject when it is far from it.

Thank you :)
