How would you draw the graph of the derivative if the equation of the original graph isn't given?

How would you draw the graph of the derivative if the equation of the original graph isn't given?

They give you the graph of the original graph, which you can use to sketch the derivative of. The easiest way to do this is to simply identify key features and make sure that you identify them. Another tip is that quartics become cubics, cubics become parabolas, parabolas become linear lines, linear lines become horizontal lines and turning points always have a derivative of 0, hence they intersect the x axis on the graph of the derivative at those points
