Kinda disappointed with my methods scores this year... was hoping for higher. Anyway, here's my stuff.
Prediction:
Chemistry: 40-43
Methods: 43-46
Reality:
Chemistry: A+ A+ A+ 45 (WOOAAAHHHH )
Methods: A+ A A+ 43
Anyone know if my dream of getting that Chancellor's scholarship is possible? According to AtarNotes calc, I need at least 48 in English, which is nigh impossible for me to achieve.
Can’t really tell without knowing your other subjects and how you generally perform in them but either way, it’s most likely possible, given some good ol’ elbow grease.
For now, celebrate. Those scores are amazing!
Hey guys!
Im in year 11 and I was just wondering if anyone else got A+ A+ A+ for methods and only got 40 raw.
I’ve been averaging 9/10 in SACS this whole year and know I might have bombed the exam a bit but still managed to get an A+...
I’ve already ordered the statements and I do want to see how well I did in the exam...but still I’m pretty dissapointed haha...
Any advice?
If they’re low A+s then it is possible that a straight 40 SS can occur. The grade distributions change a little yearly and remember that SACs can get moderated too.
Regardless, a 40 in Methods is a great achievement so please remember to celebrate that even if you’re disappointed.
Hey guys I got a 90.90 do u think I could get into arts at melb? The minimum is 85 but scared they’ll change the minumum tank
Adding on to PF’s answer, the minimum rank for Arts at UoM is unlikely to change that drastically so you’re pretty much good to go.
