Hi everyone,
just wondering roughly how long to spend on each question. I know a lot of people say you should spend a certain amount of minutes per mark but I'm not sure what that number should be.
Thanks

120 minutes for 75 marks
So 120mins/75marks = 1.6 minutes per mark
However this will depend on the questions -- you'd want to spend more time on the 10 marker and less time on the 1/2 markers. Just find what works for you!

How did everyone answer the question where it required you to propose a motivation theory and a motivation strategy to relate to it using your own case study?

I kind of froze on that one lmao; I wrote about the Four Drive theory in isolation, then related Apple’s Store Leader Program to investment in training. No idea if this was even a valid approach.

I actually wrote the same thing about Four Drive Theory, then talked about investment in training to Swisse's business. Didn't know how to link it back, or what to talk about for 6 marks honestly.

Hi- I was wondering what percentage I would need on the exam for an A or A+. I know that its based on how everyone else performed this year, but I screwed up the exam pretty badly, so just wondering if there's any chance I can still do okay? My sac average is high A+ and I'm rank one, not sure how strong my cohort is- does that still count for anything after screwing up the exam? :))
