The lack of knowledge regarding Bear Grylls on the forum is....sickening.
Please wiki him haha. He is quite the legend.
But you don't have to write about him i think it's all a bit stupid.
Plus it's a commonly known fact that semen is a rich source of nutrients, as well as being good for the teeth.

do multi choice first

they recommend you do SA first and sped like hour and a hald on MC. you can honestly do them in like 40 minutes.

otheriwise you'll get bored sooo quick
