have i stuffed up my chances of getting over 40?!

Basically, this year has been a trend for me, getting 88% in all 4 sacs in legal in unit 3
Now speaking, i am assuming that for unit 3 i got 88/100
Are my chances gone for getting a 40? or i still can?

No your chances are not gone. Your actual SAC score is going to change come end of year no matter what.
If you A+ your exam you should be in the region of 40, but of course there are no guarantees when it comes to VCE

no need to panic.. with legal as long as your Sac marks are of an 'A' average you should do fine.
remember Sac's are trivial in comparison to the end of year exam, so you can still gun it

I averaged about 98% for SACs all of last year and got a 41. So don't take anything for granted, the exam is REALLY important.

I got a 43 in National Politics and for unit 3 my first two SAC results were 85% and 76%. It got better from there, but my point is, the actual marks don't matter if you're doing the best in your class
