Aerobic training zone 60-85%

Hello,

I am doing the 2013 VCAA exam in preparation for my final year exam. The answer given by VCAA is 60-855 of max HR for the aerobic training zone although all my other resources have said 70-85% of max hr who should I believe, is VCAA correct or not??

Although I'm not sure why that's the answer, I know that the aerobic training zone is definitely 70-85% MHR. 2013 is an old study design I'm pretty sure as well so there may have been some changes to these numbers since
