EDIT:

- For those who unfortunately don't get an offer, don't give up. My brother got a rejection last year, and then a late offer came two days later. I have friends who received second and third round offers later in the year as well. For those who didn't get into year 9 entry, they worked really hard during the break and then got into year 10 entry. So don't give up! Keep your head up and be positive! Also, select-entry schools are not the be all, end all for schooling. You can still do so well regardless of what school you go to.
