Changing a double degree?

If I elect to do Arts/Commerce, and find I dislike commerce, am I able to transfer my double degree to arts/law, given I maintain the necessary grades for a transfer (essentially trade commerce for law??)

Yes, you definitely can (provided you meet the course requirements as well) :)
