I'm currently planning on doing COMP20003 Algorithms and Data Structures this semester, but I'm still unsure how this subject is different to COMP20007 Design of Algorithms. Has anybody done either of these subjects and might be able to explain them more clearly?
For reference, these are the handbook entries for each:
https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2015/COMP20003
https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2015/COMP20007
You'll notice the first few sentences under 'Aims' are literally identical for both.
