In general, what’s harder to score high in?
Methods or physics
From experience, I definitely found methods way easier compared to physics.
For me, I usually tend to score better in subjects I find interesting. Methods has more variety and the content within it is pretty cool (except probability). Physics wasn't too hard, but it was incredibly stale. Assuming you're in year 11, the only thing I found enjoyable in unit 1/2 was the radioactivity bit, the rest were not so enjoyable.
Physics should be a lot more slower in terms of content whereas methods is faster.
You should also consider how much time you would put into both subjects. I would say I put more time in physics (because I found it harder), and I scored a 33 raw (Methods I received 42 R).
If you're doing spesh, I'm pretty sure there's a few kinematics content that relates to what you're going to do in physics
