That’s super subjective lol.

Different content means how ‘easy’ the subject is depends on what you enjoy as a student.

From experience, I definitely found methods way easier compared to physics.
For me, I usually tend to score better in subjects I find interesting. Methods has more variety and the content within it is pretty cool (except probability). Physics wasn't too hard, but it was incredibly stale. Assuming you're in year 11, the only thing I found enjoyable in unit 1/2 was the radioactivity bit, the rest were not so enjoyable.

Physics should be a lot more slower in terms of content whereas methods is faster.
You should also consider how much time you would put into both subjects. I would say I put more time in physics (because I found it harder), and I scored a 33 raw (Methods I received 42 R).

If you're doing spesh, I'm pretty sure there's a few kinematics content that relates to what you're going to do in physics
All the best :)

Thanks for the reply!!! Appreciate it. I’ll have an idea of both 1/2  physics and methods this year and I’ll determine which is “easier” and will put more effort into the one I’m more comfortable with. Thoughts ?

Go for it bro.
Don't be shy to drop a subject if you need to as well.

If you are doing Spesh, then Methods is a prerequisite. Personally I found Physics much more interesting than Methods, and ended up with a much higher score, despite finding Methods actually easier. However if you struggle to use a CAS, then 100% do Physics is my advice, as CAS understanding is crucial to Methods. If you are not interested in the concepts of Physics or find it boring, then in some ways Methods will be easier, even though it is faster paced. The reason for this is that there is a lot of explanation of maths in Physics, whereas it is just the maths, with minimal explanations in Methods, and thus if you don't like the Physics concepts, you will struggle more. Definitely I would advise you to check things out before making a decision, and good luck! :D
