Falling behind in accounting

Im finding that im not picking up the concepts in year 11 accounting- we are up to chapter 7 and 8 and having so much trouble? should I get an accounting tutor? its not always easy to see teachers??. Any tips?

Accounting is a subject about fundamentals, it is important to understand the basics before approaching anything difficult. It is not enough to rote learn them. Getting help, whether it is online here or from your teachers would be helpful. Can't say for sure whether or not you need a tutor or not but if you do get one ask them to help you on the basics, then work up from there.
