I can't remember this song, it's really bugging me - PLEASE HELP!!

So there's this song that I keep hearing as background music on TV shows and stuff, and this is all the stuff I know about the song:
- It has a saxophone part in it
- it's sort of pop
- it was very popular
- it might have come out in 2013, if not 2012
- the music video has random people dancing, i remember a guy dressed in blue, and it keeps cutting to different rooms with different wall colours. I remember watching the music video and thinking it was very weird.
- i keep thinking its a Nicki Minaj song but i'm nnot sure if it is or if it isnt
If anyone has even the slightest idea what this song is, please reply!  :(

Sorry actually he was painted completely blue and was wearing blue on top of that. Everyone was wearing really silly wacky costumes. Anyone?  :-\
