Wrote sentences below allocated lines - is this okay??
« on: November 12, 2020, 09:03:41 pm »
Hey AN ~

So I had my art exam yesterday and I'm seriously stressing.
There was barely any writing lines for some questions, so I found myself writing 2-3 extra sentences below the lines (sometimes more). I had no time to be labelling to go to extra writing space, and VCAA thought it was smart to have HALF a page of lines and the rest blank. (I mean.....they do expect a lot of writing from the questions!) My writing was neat though.

Will this be okay? I'm really worried they won't read the rest of my answer.

I did this for psych as well... I think it should be fine as long as its within what they scan of the page right?

As above, as long as it is within the area that they scan and it is clear which question you are answering you should be fine. VCAA assessors know that the exam can be quite stressful for some students so their answers may not be set out in the best way and also that some students will write more that the lines provided.
