Hey there, just have a sample response but don't know if it is fully correct, let me know how it is! Thanks :)

Can I take the approach of ending communicable diseases, this can be achieved through the implementation of mass immunisation programs, as more children will be vaccinated this thereby reduces the amount of days lost to education due to illness, therefore ensuring that all girls and boys have access to quality early childhood education

This is absolutely spot on! Well done!
Reduced communicable disease = fewer children missing school = great access to education
Here are some more examples
•   Promote employment= stable income= afford healthcare and nutritious foods= prevent deficiency disease
•    Improve literacy= make better life decisions and practice basic health practices (e.g. washing hands after using the toilet, safe sex to prevent HIV/AIDS) = reduce incidence of communicable diseases
•   Educated girls= girls better able to take care of their children and when to access healthcare= reduce U5MR
•   Economic growth allows governments to invest in universal healthcare such as providing vaccination programs for children which helps to reduce communicable diseases (eg: measles, tuberculosis) (SDG 3).
•   Educated girls (SDG 4) marry later, are more likely to space births and less likely to experience sexual violence which reduces the chance of HIV/AIDS (SDG 3).
•   Educated people gain literacy skills (SDG 4) and are likely to learn about health promotion messages (eg: the importance of hand-washing) which can reduce morbidity from communicable diseases (SDG 3)

When answering a SAC / Exam question it is good to put in brackets where you have included a feature of the respective SDGs it makes marking easier, and therefore you're more likely to be awarded full marks. Read the examiner report to get a better understanding of this
All the best :)
