The “How University Works” thread by legend and Hon Mod Pi has +130 upvotes as of current.

As found by Calebark, second place (to mod knowledge, off the bat) was a 2012 post by legend Thuthutrain which has +119 upvotes.

Pretty sure those are two of the highest, but I haven’t consulted the leaderboard.
