Anomaly in school marks

Hi there,
If I have an anomaly in my school marks, will anything happen to it?  I usually get like high 80s to low 90s in most of my assessments in that subject
but for one of my assessments, I got a 56 which brought down my school average by nearly 6 percent. Will anything happen to it or nah?

Do you mean how it'll affect your internal rank? Or your hsc mark?

From experience, I received a 75 on a certain assessment when i normally achieve 90s, and it didn't really affect my internal mark at all - I guess it all balanced out, so I think that might be the same for you.
In regards to the hsc and moderating, I think they'll view it as what it is - an anomaly - so it also shouldn't affect your atar significantly.
if you think about it, the one assessment is only worth a very small percentage of your overall atar, so don't stress!
