Transfer from bachelor of science to nursing?

Hey guys, so I am starting with bachelor of science at Deakin university. I intend to transfer to nursing, but here is the issue it appears that none of the units in the first year of science overlap with bachelors of nursing. Does this mean that if I successfully transfer to nursing, I will have to start from scratch?

Hey Stormbreaker unfortunately with a lot of health courses like Medicine, Physio, Nursing etc there is no way to transfer credit between courses given how specialised and structured it is therefore you would have to start from Scratch. I would recommend doing units you enjoy and think you'll do well in for first year of science and then get a good WAM to have the best chance of transferring to nursing. In the grand scheme of things, 1 year of science + 3 years of nursing isn't that long.
